What Is Covered
Aluminium Profiles
All structural aluminium profiles are warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing, including corrosion under normal conditions.
Hardware & Fittings
Hinges, rollers, locking mechanisms, handles, and all factory-installed hardware are covered against manufacturing defects and mechanical failure.
Workmanship
Our installation workmanship is fully guaranteed. Any defect arising from our installation — including gaps, misalignment, or water ingress — will be rectified at no cost.
Powder-Coat Finish
The powder-coat and anodised surface finish is covered against peeling, flaking, or significant fading under normal conditions.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear from daily use
Damage caused by improper use, modification, or third-party alterations
Damage from extreme weather events, floods, or natural disasters
Glass breakage caused by impact or physical damage
Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage caused after installation
Failure to maintain products per our care guidelines

Warranty applies to the original purchaser and the original installation address.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty is valid from the date of installation completion.

Out-of-warranty repairs and hardware replacements are available at competitive rates.
