Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Aluminium King website. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website, products, or services. By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Company Information

Aluminium King ("the Company", "we", "us") is an aluminium window and door manufacturing and installation company registered and operating in Malaysia. Our showroom locations:

2. Scope of Services

We provide custom design, manufacturing, supply, and installation of aluminium windows and doors. Our product range includes folding doors, casement windows, sliding windows and doors, and mesh screen systems. All products are manufactured to customer specifications and are therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

3. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are based on dimensions and specifications provided by the customer. A final confirmed quotation will only be issued following an on-site measurement visit by our specialist.

Quotation validity: 30 days from the date of issue

Order confirmation: must be made in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed confirmation form)

Production commencement: begins only upon receipt of written order confirmation and 50% deposit

If a quotation expires and re-quotation is required, pricing may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs.

4. Payment TermsKey

The Company operates on the following standard payment structure:

[Deposit]

Amount: 50% of the total contract value

Timing: Upon written order confirmation, before production begins

Note: The deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced, due to the custom-manufactured nature of all products

[Balance Payment]

Amount: Remaining 50% of the total contract value

Timing: On the day of installation completion, after the customer has carried out the handover inspection and signed the Completion Confirmation Form

Full balance payment is required on the day of installation. No credit terms are offered

[Accepted Payment Methods]

Bank transfer (please include your order number or name as the payment reference)

Cheque (payable to Aluminium King; must be submitted at least 3 working days before installation)

E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay

Cash (at our showrooms only; cash is not accepted at the installation site)

[Late Payment]

If the balance is not settled on the day of installation, the Company reserves the right to withhold the Completion Certificate and warranty documentation until full payment is received

Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will accrue on any outstanding balance from the date of installation completion

Amounts outstanding for more than 30 days may be referred for legal recovery; any legal fees incurred shall be borne by the customer

[Receipts & Invoices]

An official receipt or invoice will be issued within 3 working days of each payment

Please retain all receipts as proof of purchase for warranty purposes

5. Delivery & Installation

Standard lead time from written order confirmation and receipt of deposit is 3 to 4 weeks. The specific installation date will be confirmed in writing at the time of order, with a reminder issued at least 3 days prior via phone or WhatsApp.

[Customer Responsibilities]

The customer must ensure the site is safe, clean, and accessible on the scheduled installation date

The installation area must be cleared of furniture and other obstructions

Adequate electrical supply must be available on site for installation equipment

The property owner, occupant, or an authorised representative must be present throughout or for the duration of the installation

[Delays]

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (material supply issues, severe weather, government directives, etc.). Customers will be notified promptly and rescheduled at the earliest opportunity

If installation cannot proceed on the agreed date due to site conditions (inaccessible premises, incomplete construction, insufficient notice of changes, etc.), any additional transportation and labour costs for rescheduling shall be borne by the customer

6. Inspection & HandoverKey

Upon completion of installation, the customer is required to conduct a joint inspection with our installation team and sign the Completion Confirmation Form. The signing of this form constitutes formal handover of the completed works.

[Handover Procedure] 1. Once all installation works are completed, our team will invite the customer to inspect each window and door unit 2. The inspection covers: ease of operation, sealing, hardware function, surface finish, and glass integrity 3. Any concerns or observations must be raised before signing. Our team will address issues on the spot or document them for follow-up 4. Upon satisfactory inspection, the customer signs the Completion Confirmation Form

[Liability After Sign-Off]

By signing the Completion Confirmation Form, the customer confirms that installation has been completed in accordance with the agreed specifications and that the finish and function are acceptable

Cosmetic issues noted after sign-off (scratches, marks, minor chips) that are not attributable to a manufacturing or workmanship defect will not be accepted as warranty claims

Confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects are covered under the 10-year warranty regardless of when they are identified

[Customer Absence at Handover]

If the customer or an authorised representative is unable to be present upon completion of installation, our team will document the completed works by photo and video

This documentation will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp as formal notice of completion

The customer must raise any objections within 48 hours of receiving this notice. Failure to do so within this period will be deemed acceptance of the completed works

[Link Between Handover and Balance Payment]

Balance payment is due on the day of installation, after the customer has completed the inspection and signed the Completion Confirmation Form

The customer may not withhold the balance payment on the basis of hypothetical or unverified defects that have not been raised during the inspection

7. Warranty

All our products are backed by a 10-year warranty covering aluminium profiles, hardware, and installation workmanship. Full warranty terms are set out on the Warranty page of this website. This warranty does not affect statutory rights available to consumers under Malaysian law.

8. Cancellations & Returns

As all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, and deposits paid are non-refundable.

Where a confirmed manufacturing defect exists, we will offer free repair or replacement rather than a refund. If a customer requests cancellation before production has commenced (in writing), the deposit may be partially refunded at the Company's discretion after deducting any administrative and measurement costs incurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability in respect of any single order shall not exceed the contract value of that order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Aluminium King and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. No content may be reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in the course of providing our services — including your name, contact details, and address — will be used solely for order processing, appointment scheduling, and after-sales service. We will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. To enquire about, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using the details below.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. We recommend checking this page periodically. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. Where resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Selangor, Malaysia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
